For clients new to ordering online please follow the instructions below
- Click here for our online store.
- Select Register to sign up for an account.
- Once you have completed the registration process one of our team will approve your account.
- Once approved you will receive an email notification.
- You can now begin shopping for your pet’s diets, treats and even toys.
What you need to know
- Diets are eligible for pick up from the hospital or for home delivery.
- Orders for delivery to your home take 5-7 business days and orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
- Orders for pick up in hospital take 5 – 7 days. You will receive an email when it arrives and is available for collection.

- Please allow our staff 1 business day to approve your account.
